ANCHOR Inc.（以下、「当社」）は、ニュースアプリ「Bullet News 24」（以下、「本アプリ」）の提供に必要な範囲で、ユーザーから提供される個人情報を同意に基づいて収集します。これには、ユーザーアカウントの作成、コンテンツの提供、カスタマーサポートの提供、および当社のサービスの改善が含まれます。

2. 個人情報の第三者提供
2.1 第三者提供との共有:
当社は、個人情報については、個人情報保護法その他の法令に基づき開示が認められる場合または弁護士等法令上守秘義務を負う専門家に開示する場合を除くほか、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ないで第三者に提供しません。但し、特定の場合に限り例外があります。
- カード発行会社がおこなう不正利用検知・防止のために、ユーザーが利用されているカード発行会社へ個人情報を提供する場合（なお、氏名、請求先住所、電話番号、配送先住所、電子メールアドレス、インターネット利用環境に関する情報等ユーザーが利用されているカード発行会社が外国にある場合、これらの情報は当該発行会社が所属する国に移転される場合があります。）
- 当社が本サービス運営のため第三者に個人情報を提供する場合
- 当社が利用目的の達成に必要な範囲において個人情報の取扱いの全部または一部を委託する場合
- 合併その他の事由による事業の承継に伴って個人情報が提供される場合
- 情報収集モジュール提供者へ個人情報が提供される場合
- 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令に定める事務をすることに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、ユーザー本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき
- その他、個人情報保護法その他の法令で認められる場合
3. セキュリティ
データセキュリティ: 当社は、ユーザーの個人情報を保護し、不正アクセス、紛失、改ざん、漏洩等を防止するために、ウイルス対策ソフトウェアの導入、二段階認証制の導入等より適切なセキュリティ措置を実施します。
